• Manage candidate pipelines and hiring trackers

• Track candidate progress in ATS

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 0–1 year experience in HR operations or recruitment support
• Comfortable using Excel/Sheets and ATS tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Experience with LinkedIn or Naukri
• Prior internship in recruitment support
