You'll act as a senior escalation point within the Technology Service Desk, providing advanced troubleshooting and technical leadership. You'll drive service excellence and continuous improvement for a fastest-growing fintech firm. You'll have the opportunity to mentor IT Support Engineers and lead technical projects.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as primary escalation point for IT Support Engineers
  • Take ownership of complex technical incidents and problems
  • Support and develop ITSM tool (JIRA/Confluence) workflows
  • Lead technical project work for the Technology Service Desk

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT support roles within enterprise environments
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies
  • Experience mentoring or leading other IT engineers
  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and service improvement methodologies
