You'll act as a senior escalation point within the Technology Service Desk, providing advanced troubleshooting and technical leadership. You'll drive service excellence and continuous improvement for a fastest-growing fintech firm. You'll have the opportunity to mentor IT Support Engineers and lead technical projects.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as primary escalation point for IT Support Engineers
- Take ownership of complex technical incidents and problems
- Support and develop ITSM tool (JIRA/Confluence) workflows
- Lead technical project work for the Technology Service Desk
๐ Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT support roles within enterprise environments
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365 and end-user technologies
- Experience mentoring or leading other IT engineers
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and service improvement methodologies
