💼 About This Role

You'll lead growth strategies for Rocket Communications, expanding the company's footprint across Department of War branches. You'll identify and capture new business opportunities by understanding technical nuances and the broader defense environment. This role reports directly to the SVP of Programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with defense primes and government entities.
• Steer pipeline for continued growth in defense sector.
• Attend professional events and network (one week per month).
• Identify and capture new business opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of BD or account management in defense sector.
• Deep domain expertise in Federal and DoW domains.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain DoW security clearance.

• Experience with UX design and development trends.
• Existing relationships with DoW program leaders or defense primes.
