💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end CRM strategy for our platform, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and automated flows are optimized. You'll collaborate with Central Ops, Data, and Local Teams to drive retention and player engagement through data-driven decisions. This role offers the chance to shape CRM for a global technology group in the iGaming industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation).
  • Localize and optimize lifecycle flows for the Brazilian market.
  • Develop automated CRM journeys for FTDs, churn prevention, win-back.
  • Monitor CRM metrics (CTR, conversion, retention, ROI) and refine targeting.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in CRM, preferably iGaming or digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, automation tools, A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
  • Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken).
