Description

You will oversee daily clinical operations for our Medicare-certified home health office, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading a team of clinicians. This role focuses on staff development, quality assurance, and improving patient outcomes through data-driven performance initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN or PT license in good standing
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures
• Ability to manage clinical operations and lead teams through change

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with Medicare CoPs, state regulations, and agency protocols
• Manage quality assurance processes including OASIS documentation and clinical chart reviews
• Facilitate staff orientation, education, and performance evaluations
• Monitor KPIs like hospitalization rates and documentation timeliness
