💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral and social skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and record progress in Central Reach. MeBe offers paid RBT training and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach
• Communicate progress to BCBAs and assist with assessments

📋 Requirements

• 18 years or older with valid driver's license
• Obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• Background in child care (teaching, counseling, babysitting)
• First Aid and CPR certification
