💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model of care at an award-winning digital clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians who embrace harm reduction principles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) via telehealth
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care
• Document patient encounters in electronic health records

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
• 1 year of **independent outpatient experience* prescribing buprenorphine
• Ability to practice autonomously in a remote setting
• Reside in one of the listed states
