Description
As the Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Boston office, sparking delight by strategically managing facilities, leading internal events, and providing executive support. You'll create an environment where associates can do their best work, balancing hospitality with operational discipline.
Requirements
- Proactive, high-energy professional with passion for hospitality
- Sharp operational discipline and tenacious problem-solving
- Experience managing facilities and vendor contracts
- Executive administrative support experience (calendar, travel, expenses)
- Collaborative spirit; able to work 4 days in office M-Th, remote Fri
Responsibilities
- Act as primary ambassador for Boston office, fostering inclusive environment
- Design and execute internal events calendar (bagel Tuesdays, quarterly lunches, holiday celebrations)
- Coordinate logistics for large on-site meetings (room setup, catering, AV)
- Oversee office operations, vendor services, and budget for workplace experience
- Lead physical onboarding/offboarding process in partnership with HR and IT
