💼 About This Role

You'll join Wing as a remote Bookkeeper supporting international clients. You'll own accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting for US-based companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors and clients.
• Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile all accounts and manage bank reconciliation.
• Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year proven bookkeeping experience with international clients.
• Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.
• Good background in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of US Taxation.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
