Description
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Rubrik, you will provide enterprise-level technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across Rubrik clusters and cloud environments. You'll work closely with engineering teams and contribute to knowledge base articles, helping ensure customer data remains protected and available.
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise technical support in storage or backup verticals (snapshots, replication, data recovery, networking, VMware)
- Working experience with Linux/Unix command line
- Strong experience in Microsoft Enterprise Apps, Databases, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Storage (NAS, SAN)
- Strong scripting skills (bash, Python, Perl, PowerShell) highly desirable
- US citizenship
Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and resolve problems in Rubrik products and customer environments (Linux, Windows, VMware, cloud)
- Troubleshoot networking connectivity and performance issues (Wireshark, packet analysis) between Rubrik appliances and AWS/Azure
- Author knowledge-base articles for customers and internal use
- Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations
- Contribute to tools for analyzing logs, stats, and performance data
