💼 About This Role
You'll be the trusted advisor for B2B customers, optimizing their use of Spare's transit platform and building lasting relationships. You'll drive customer success and advocate for their needs with the product team. This hybrid role requires travel up to 20 days per quarter.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify customer pain points and advocate with Product Team
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Help customers become self-sufficient on the Spare platform
- Collaborate with Growth and Solutions Engineering teams
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS
- Experience working with multiple B2B customers
- Experience at a fast-paced startup
- Experience with complex tech product or multiple product streams

- Previous experience or interest in transit
- Experience working B2G with government clients
- Background in project management
