You'll own the full technical sales lifecycle for an AI-native tax platform, from pre-sales demos to post-sales implementation. Your core impact will be shaping product features based on real customer needs. You'll have significant autonomy and ownership as the first hire in this function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and product demos for prospects.
• Own technical onboarding and implementation to production launch.
• Build demo environments and integration documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into features with Engineering and Product.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar at a SaaS company.
• Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Customer-facing technical experience in pre-sales or post-sales.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with fintech or tax compliance integrations.
• Familiarity with sales tax systems, accounting software, or ERP platforms.
• Previous pre-sales and post-sales engineering experience.
