💼 About This Role

You'll own Salesforce platform architecture and automation standards for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing. Your work will ensure the platform remains scalable and coherent as Smarsh continues rapid growth. You'll partner closely with the Platform Manager and Technical Architect to drive enterprise CRM transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions aligned to enterprise architecture.
• Own CRM and Revenue Cloud roadmap and prioritization.
• Establish Flow-first automation strategy and enforce governance patterns.
• Oversee system integrators and mentor admins and business analysts.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with architecture-level ownership.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Flow (record-triggered, scheduled, subflows, orchestration).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentforce and/or Einstein.
• Relevant Salesforce certification(s).
• Experience supporting large user bases and high-volume environments.
