💼 About This Role

You'll own the design vision and standards for AeroVect's Autonomous Ground Support Equipment Service, establishing the design function from scratch. You'll drive end-to-end design for fleet operations tools while shaping customer-facing dashboards and reporting. This role combines craft, systems thinking, and pragmatism to design high-stakes, real-time operator interfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design vision and standards for AGSE Service
• Lead hands-on design for Fleet Operations products
• Design airline/airport customer-facing experiences
• Drive user research with operators and customers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Experience designing operator-facing or operations tooling
• Strong portfolio showing information-dense interfaces
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products without established design system

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in teleoperations or fleet management
• Background in autonomous vehicles or safety-critical domains
• Experience as first designer at a startup
