Description

You will ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems in a commercial property. You'll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies to maintain tenant comfort and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years experience in commercial property mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems
• Universal CFC certification
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, refrigerant systems
• Valid trade license as required

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs and maintenance
• Monitor and adjust mechanical equipment and controls for tenant comfort
• Perform preventive maintenance per OEM standards
• Respond to emergency situations and tenant concerns
• Conduct fire and life safety inspections
