Description

You will serve as the financial backbone of Redwood Materials' Energy Storage supply chain, driving BOM transparency, cost optimization, and financial rigor. You'll own end-to-end cost models and lead cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or professional background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong foundation in cost modeling, BOM management, or supply chain finance
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
• Deep familiarity with manufacturing cost structures and supply chain economics
• Experience in energy storage, battery systems, or renewable energy supply chains

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain detailed BOM cost models for all energy storage products
• Develop and manage should-cost models to benchmark component pricing
• Identify, quantify, and track cost reduction initiatives across supply chain
• Analyze supplier cost structures and logistics economics for sourcing strategy
• Build financial frameworks connecting procurement decisions to margin outcomes
