Description

In this role, you will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable operations, leading a team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. You will drive process improvements and automation, maintain compliance with internal controls and regulations, and serve as the primary escalation point for vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years progressive AP experience with 2-3 years in supervisory role within large-scale organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Mastery of enterprise ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and AP automation tools (Ramp, Coupa, Tipalti)
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience presenting to executive team

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop AP team; manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee full invoice-to-payment cycle including invoice verification, PO matching, and electronic payment processing (ACH, wire, check)
• Develop and enforce AP policies and controls; ensure adherence to GAAP and tax regulations (1099, W9)
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce cost per invoice
• Prepare and analyze AP aging schedules, cash flow projections, and monthly reconciliations
