🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team, ensuring tools and support
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, and onboarding
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy
• Partner with hospital leadership to align on goals and flow

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT)
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Excellent communication and people skills

✨ Nice to Have

• A.S. or B.S. from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency-specific clinical experience
