You'll oversee daily clinic operations and support community building for children with autism. You'll drive clinical excellence through team leadership and operational improvements. This role offers a clear path to becoming a Clinic Director.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day clinic operations and community building
• Conduct interviews and participate in outreach events
• Review operational dashboards and improve areas of opportunity
• Attend weekly caseload planning and lead performance conversations

📋 Requirements

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
• Good standing on BCBA metrics including attributable and client service hours
• Experience with POC timeliness and quality and RBT supervision rates
