Responsibilities

• Connect participant interests, experiences, and ambitions to real-world job opportunities
• Guide individuals toward long-term workforce success
• Work directly with participants, employers, and community partners
• Create pathways to meaningful employment for the formerly incarcerated
• Track progress and ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation
