💼 About This Role

You'll architect the systems powering how Linkup grows, learns, and engages with users. As the first GTM engineer, you'll build the connective tissue between growth, sales, and product. You'll automate how we find, qualify, and reach new users, turning messy data into scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable growth systems like outbound automation and CRM enrichment.
• Design and maintain integrations across GTM stack (Attio, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn).
• Feed qualified leads to sales and forward-deployed teams via automated workflows.
• Build automation that captures user signals to drive conversion and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years relevant experience in fast-growing tech/SaaS company.
• Hands-on with modern GTM stacks (CRM, APIs, enrichment tools).
• Comfortable with Python, SQL, and API integrations.
• Ability to turn messy data and processes into scalable systems.
