You'll own onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance while partnering with People Leadership to scale compensation processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale HR processes across onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and payroll.
• Own HRIS and payroll workflows ensuring compliance with California and federal laws.
• Support annual compensation planning cycles and data analysis.
• Act as People Ops site lead for the Los Angeles office.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience in compensation operations or Total Rewards administration.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance in California.
• High attention to detail and comfort with sensitive compensation data.
