Description
You'll act as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers, leading technical implementations and helping them adopt and scale our AI-powered security platform. You'll bridge the gap between complex cybersecurity technology and business value while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS
- Experience working directly with external enterprise customers
- Strong interest or foundational knowledge in SIEM, SOC automation, or cloud security
- Ability to learn APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure quickly
- BSc/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical 4-year degree
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation for new customers to ensure rapid time-to-value
- Guide customers through platform configurations and optimize security posture
- Monitor usage data and execute success plans to drive retention and growth
- Act as bridge to Product/Engineering by translating customer feedback into roadmap influence
- Conduct technical deep-dives and business reviews, translating platform wins into ROI
