Description

You will architect regional growth strategies to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in the EMEA market. This revenue-ownership role bridges brand awareness and closed-won deals by designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and high-touch field experiences. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, manage budget with ROI accountability, and optimize full-funnel reporting.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing in B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment
  • Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and influencing complex technical buying committees
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce and intent data platforms; experience with Clay is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Comfort discussing data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Kafka, etc.) with technical audience preferred
  • Based in Cork, Ireland with hybrid work capacity
  • Exceptional communication skills to distill data into narrative for executive leadership
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of high-touch, multi-channel regional campaigns
  • Design and scale high-value field experiences (executive dinners, technical workshops, customer summits) to impact late-stage deals
  • Act as strategic consultant to regional sales leadership to align marketing investment with territory goals
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to optimize tech stack (Salesforce, Clay) for account identification and lead follow-up
  • Manage regional budget with full accountability, prioritizing spend based on performance and revenue impact
  • Influence Product Marketing and Design roadmap for regional-specific messaging
  • Track and report KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rates, and marketing contribution to Net New ARR and Customer Expansion
  • Monitor open-source and cloud infrastructure trends for competitive regional presence
