You will build enterprise-grade product experiences for the Communicate team at Pave, defining technical architecture and shaping the roadmap as a founding engineer. Your work will help companies like OpenAI and Atlassian communicate compensation with clarity and trust.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience building customer-facing web applications
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate requirements into technical decisions
• High bar for engineering quality, testing, and reliability
• Ability to clarify ambiguous problem spaces and break complex work into milestones
• Collaborative technical leadership skills across Engineering, Product, and Design

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product experiences for communicating compensation
• Solve enterprise-scale challenges for organizations with 150,000+ employees
• Develop AI-powered compensation intelligence features
• Define technical architecture, engineering patterns, testing practices, and quality standards
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap and influence priorities
