You'll own the full sales cycle for inbound and product-led accounts in the sub-250 employee segment. You'll engage with data engineers and technical founders during their evaluation of ClickHouse for real-time analytics. This is a rare craft role that blends technical depth with commercial ownership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close for sub-250 employee accounts
- Engage with data engineers and technical founders to understand use cases and map to ClickHouse capabilities
- Troubleshoot schema design, ingestion patterns, and integration challenges during evaluation
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing self-serve and product-led customer base
๐ Requirements
- Technical foundation in data engineering, solutions engineering, or software engineering
- Comfort with modern data stack: columnar databases, streaming ingestion, cloud infrastructure, SQL-heavy analytics
- Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical account management, or similar
- Ability to move quickly in short sales cycles and remove technical blockers
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, DuckDB, Druid, Pinot, BigQuery, or Snowflake
- Experience in developer community events or technical meetups
- Curiosity about the business side of technology
