Description

You will lead operational excellence across the organization by overseeing new restaurant openings, field training programs, and operational systems to support rapid expansion. Partnering with Operations, Culinary, People, and Finance teams, you will ensure every new location launches successfully and existing locations operate consistently, driving the development of scalable systems and training infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
• Experience leading field training, NROs, or multi-unit operational training
• Strong operational knowledge in high-volume, high-growth restaurant environments
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and training programs
• Ability to travel approximately 80% to support NROs and field operations

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and training execution for all new restaurant openings
• Develop and scale training programs for hourly team members and leadership
• Build and manage NRO training teams and deployment plans
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions for consistency and productivity
• Support rollout of new initiatives, menu updates, technology deployments, and process changes
