You'll build systems that allow Whop to scale another 100x while maintaining reliability for millions of users. You'll own uptime, upgrade observability, and design safer deployment processes. This role offers significant impact in a fast-paced fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own uptime for infrastructure and improve observability stack.
• Design staged rollout and rollback systems for safer deployments.
• Harden infrastructure against threats and implement guardrails.
• Speed up critical systems via caching, optimization, and better infra.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure for high-availability systems.
• Deep experience with metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting.
• Excellence with databases, queues, and caching strategies.
• Strong debugging instincts under pressure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Payments/fintech experience.
• Experience designing SLO programs end-to-end.
• Strong programming ability in a backend language.
