💼 About This Role

You'll build and operate the foundational platform layer that every engineering team at Reflection depends on. Your work will define golden paths for cloud infrastructure and developer tooling to enable rapid, secure shipping. This role offers the chance to shape the infrastructure behind open-weight AI systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain golden paths for cloud projects and access patterns
• Build and operate core networking primitives (routing, DNS, load balancing)
• Establish baseline observability and operational hygiene across services
• Own developer infrastructure including build systems and CI/CD

📋 Requirements

• Strong platform engineering background with production-grade systems
• Deep expertise in at least one of cloud, network, security, or developer tooling
• Comfortable navigating complex multi-team infrastructure environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes control plane scaling
• Familiarity with policy-as-code tools like OPA or Gatekeeper
