You'll be a key member of the Bauer team, handling consumer-facing conversations via calls, chats, and emails in both English and French. You'll directly influence the customer experience by assisting with e-commerce transactions and processing warranty claims.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with consumers via calls, chats, and emails for product and service inquiries.
• Assist with e-commerce transactions and process replacement orders.
• Handle warranty claims and process parts replacements and shipments.
• Investigate missing packages and resolve delivery discrepancies.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Shopify or other e-commerce platform knowledge.
• Gladly or similar CRM experience.
• SAP or ERP software familiarity.
