You'll support customers using Twilio's Programmable Messaging product, acting as a subject-matter expert for the API. Your core impact is troubleshooting message deliverability issues and guiding developers through SMS application development via phone, email, and chat. This remote role offers the chance to collaborate with a global team on innovative communication solutions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Work on messaging email cases from developers and major brands
- Troubleshoot message deliverability and debug customer code
- Guide customers via phone and chat in SMS application development
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams via Slack
- File Jira reports for reproducible bugs
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing technical role supporting REST API or enterprise software
- Firm understanding of web ecosystem technology stacks
- Functional knowledge of general-purpose programming languages
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous exposure to Twilio products
- Coding experience in any language
- Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing system
