You'll support customers using Twilio's Programmable Messaging product, acting as a subject-matter expert for the API. Your core impact is troubleshooting message deliverability issues and guiding developers through SMS application development via phone, email, and chat. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Work on messaging email cases from developers and major brands
• Troubleshoot message deliverability and debug customer code
• Guide customers via phone and chat in SMS application development
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams via Slack
• File Jira reports for reproducible bugs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing technical role supporting REST API or enterprise software
• Firm understanding of web ecosystem technology stacks
• Functional knowledge of general-purpose programming languages
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
