You'll own the full sales cycle for Hatch's AI customer engagement platform, closing six-figure deals with strategic accounts. You'll partner with GTM teammates to build a repeatable overachievement playbook. This role stands out with ownership of complex enterprise deals and direct impact on a fast-growing AI company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Leadership on pipeline strategy
- Consistently hit and exceed quota
- Travel strategically for key deals and events
๐ Requirements
- 6-8+ years in a closing role within SaaS
- Proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals
- Comfort owning complex deal cycles with senior decision-makers
- Strong collaboration skills with SDRs and teammates
โจ Nice to Have
- AI or MarTech experience preferred
- Experience with enterprise sales methodology
