You'll own the full sales cycle for Hatch's AI customer engagement platform, closing six-figure deals with strategic accounts. You'll partner with GTM teammates to build a repeatable overachievement playbook. This role stands out with ownership of complex enterprise deals and direct impact on a fast-growing AI company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Leadership on pipeline strategy
  • Consistently hit and exceed quota
  • Travel strategically for key deals and events

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in a closing role within SaaS
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals
  • Comfort owning complex deal cycles with senior decision-makers
  • Strong collaboration skills with SDRs and teammates

โœจ Nice to Have

  • AI or MarTech experience preferred
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodology
