🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Growth Engineers, setting OKRs and ownership.
• Apply AI/LLMs to sales funnel problems like ice-breakers and scoring.
• Analyze funnel data to identify growth opportunities and run experiments.
• Build customer-facing interfaces and iterate from learnings.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Software Engineer.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers.
• ROI-focused development with user-centric approach.
• Data-driven decision-making and understanding of industry.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs in production (prompts, evals, cost management).
• Experience building internal CRM/SDR tools.
• Experience with Javascript/Python and REST APIs.
