You'll serve as the operational control point for HELOC closing operations and day-to-day customer support at a sustainable financing tech company. Your core impact is ensuring seamless execution across notarization, booking, and recording workflows while driving continuous improvement through SOP development and vendor coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with borrowers and vendors to resolve remote online notarization issues
• Investigate and resolve post-closing defects, recording rejections, and booking discrepancies
• Handle customer disputes, account verification, and fraud-related inquiries
• Define and update standard operating procedures for HELOC workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in mortgage operations, HELOC operations, or digital lending
• Strong understanding of mortgage closing and recording processes
• Experience with remote online notarization (RON)
• Experience handling customer disputes and account verification
