You'll lead the full People function across the Americas, spanning talent acquisition, total rewards, culture, organizational design, compliance, and M&A integration. You'll serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and drive business transformation through a rare blend of strategic vision and tactical execution. This role is ideal for a builder who can architect long-range strategy while handling operational details.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive company-wide People Operations strategy and workforce plan.
• Lead people workstream across M&A diligence and post-close integration.
• Establish HR metrics and analytics framework for data-informed decisions.
• Oversee Total Rewards, including compensation philosophy and benefits strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading M&A integration and organizational design.
• Proven track record in strategic workforce planning and talent management.
