Description

As a Personal Care Specialist at Green Thumb, you will engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a retail dispensary, helping them find the right cannabis products and methods of consumption. You'll educate customers on product knowledge, maintain store operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience
Age 21 or older
Pass background checks including cannabis-specific requirements
Valid driver's license or state ID
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for prolonged periods

Responsibilities

Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date
Support store operations and ensure regulatory compliance
