💼 About This Role

You'll build scalable systems and AI/ML infrastructure for a flexible robotic manufacturing platform. You'll design, implement, and maintain training pipelines, model deployments, and inference workloads for computer vision in real-world factory conditions. You'll collaborate with Smart Robotics and Platform Engineering teams to deploy GPU workloads in Kubernetes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain infrastructure and tooling for ML/AI pipelines and workloads
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code-reviews
• Investigate design approaches and prototype new technology
• Pair with adjacent teams to improve frameworks based on field usage

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE
• Proficiency in a modern programming language like Python, Go, or C#
• Industry best-practices in MLOps
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (self-hosted and managed) and modern k8s paradigms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in air-gapped or strict security environments
• Experience collecting requirements and architecting systems for stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow team members
