Description

You'll lead a team of hourly associates in a vehicle reconditioning center, managing the movement of cars for repairs, meeting production goals, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work overtime/weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities, provide coaching and performance management
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-work
• Approve or reject inventory based on repair cost and vehicle quality
