You'll lead distributor partnerships in the CEE & Balkans region for Penumbra, a leading MedTech company. You'll own territory strategy and drive market expansion for innovative neurovascular and vascular solutions. Your impact will directly improve patient outcomes by ensuring cutting-edge medical technologies reach healthcare providers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and strengthen distributor partnerships to drive territory growth
• Own territory strategy, account segmentation, and business planning
• Conduct business reviews and implement growth initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Education on training and market development

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years distributor management and business development in Balkans & CEE
• Strong commercial mindset with territory ownership and negotiations
• Customer-focused with a field-based approach (~70% travel)
• Knowledge of interventional principles (neurovascular, vascular)
