Description

You will lead and coach a team of ~8-10 analysts and consultants to deliver high-quality analytical outputs for global electric utility customers. You will drive analytics innovation by leveraging automation and AI, and establish operational rigor to enable scalable delivery. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with GIS, engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer success and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership and coaching experience with high-performing analytics or consulting teams
• Strong analytics foundation with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Demonstrated interest or experience in using AI or automation to improve analytical work
• Comfortable making trade-offs in a fast-moving startup and fostering a culture of accountability

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ~10 analysts, setting expectations and supporting their success on complex customer engagements
• Own analytics delivery across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, timely outputs aligned to customer needs
• Collaborate with Heads of GIS, Application Engineering, Product Managers, and Customer Success Managers for integrated solutions
• Adopt AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, scale, and consistency of analytical outputs
• Establish repeatable processes and metrics to track quality, timeliness, and scalability
