Description

You will work with strategic public sector clients to solve operational challenges using Celonis's Process Intelligence platform combined with AI/ML technologies from partners like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks. You'll prototype solutions, demonstrate value to government CIOs, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in state/local government
• Deep understanding of government business processes (Health & Human Services, Procurement, Finance, DMV, Public Safety)
• Ability to translate agency needs into specific AI use cases
• Experience with LLM/agent systems, RAG, and compliance frameworks (StateRAMP, HIPAA, CJIS)

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI discovery solutioning to match agency challenges with Celonis capabilities
• Lead pre- and post-sales execution for public sector clients, including RFP cycles
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions in agency hackathons to solve critical pain points
• Support government customers in deploying autonomous AI agents for process transformation
• Execute Proof-of-Value projects end-to-end, integrating with government data and security frameworks
