You'll build and operate the cloud infrastructure at Mandolin, a healthcare startup using AI agents to speed treatment access. Your work directly enables enterprise-grade reliability and security for sensitive patient data. This role offers the chance to shape the platform from the ground up as we scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own cloud infrastructure on GCP with autoscaling and HA
• Implement comprehensive security controls and secrets management
• Stand up first-class observability with metrics, tracing, and SLOs
• Streamline developer experience with dev-containers and runbooks
• Embed security into the SDLC with IaC and automated compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building cloud infrastructure with deep GCP knowledge
• Expert with container orchestration and autoscaling strategies
• Proven record deploying secrets management and automated rotation
• Ownership of observability stacks and incident-response pipelines
• Strong application-security background (OWASP, WAF, scanning)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (Temporal, Airflow)
• Prior work in HIPAA or SOC 2 regulated environments
• Exposure to zero-trust networking or service-mesh patterns
