You'll lead the day-to-day operations of a senior living community, driving short-term and long-term planning and overseeing sales and marketing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of the senior living community

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of Long Term Care Administrator experience
• Current Ohio LNHA license
• Mission-driven passion for serving older adults
