Description

You will act as the field leader for Aya Education, expanding our presence within school districts by developing partnerships, assessing staffing needs, and generating job requests. Your role involves onsite meetings with district leaders to ensure access to qualified special education and therapy professionals.

Requirements

• Reside in Los Angeles, CA area
• Willingness for local travel 80–90% of the time (4–5 days per week in the field)
• Ability to conduct onsite assessments and build relationships with district leaders
• Experience in business development or account management preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Conduct 5–8 daily walk-ins or 3–4 scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
• Build and maintain a pipeline of target districts to win new business
• Develop long-term partnerships with district leadership through 4–5 days per week of client visits
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure job orders are filled quickly
• Track competitive activity, district budget cycles, and hiring trends
