Description

In this role, you will own the end-to-end U.S. regulatory reporting program for digital assets, including stablecoins, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. You will interpret evolving regulations, design control frameworks, and drive automation as the business scales.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading regulatory reporting program in financial services
• Strong understanding of U.S. stablecoin regulatory obligations and frameworks
• Experience engaging with U.S. federal and state regulators
• Ability to work across complex data environments (on-chain/off-chain)
• Experience analyzing financial statements and reserve-related data

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end U.S. regulatory reporting program for digital assets including stablecoins
• Interpret U.S. regulatory reporting requirements and translate into specifications
• Manage full regulatory reporting lifecycle from data sourcing to submission
• Design and maintain regulatory reporting control framework
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Finance, Compliance and Legal to improve data lineage and automation
