💼 About This Role
You'll join the Business Development team to build relationships with multinational customers and drive sales for air and sea freight services. You'll manage key accounts, submit tenders, and ensure KPI achievement. This role offers the chance to develop core trade lanes in a leading logistics firm.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prepare a list of top 20 major accounts and build business relationships.
- Maintain, retain, and further develop existing key accounts.
- Submit RFQs/Tenders with local and global tender team.
- Ensure quotations are sent and followed up for conversion.
📋 Requirements
- 3-15 years experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Degree in Logistics, Marketing, or International Trade preferred.
- Selling Import/Export Air and Sea Freight with proven track record.
- Computer savvy with strong negotiation skills.

- Market knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
