You'll spearhead the design and development of innovative fiber optic connectivity solutions for the Starlink ground network. You'll build the internet interfacing backbone that connects thousands of satellites to global internet points of presence. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge satellite communications at the world's largest satellite constellation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop optical connectivity solutions for ground network infrastructure
• Develop lab and production test stations for qualification and root cause analysis
• Develop modular Python automation software for engineering design verification
• Build tools to proactively monitor optical infrastructure health and reliability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, or related
• 7+ years of experience in designing optical experiments and test automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Fundamental understanding of DWDM transmission systems and communications theory
• Experience in optical network design and performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with optical device or system level test and characterization
