🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and establish a federated QA CoE
• Assess current QA/testing capabilities and identify improvements
• Develop QA operating models, KPIs, and quality metrics
• Drive adoption of automation-first mindset across teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA management or test leadership
• Experience building or maturing a QA Center of Excellence
• Strong understanding of automation, performance testing, and governance
• Change management experience moving teams from manual to automation
