Requirements

• Minimum 3 years tax accounting experience with individual and business returns
• Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Desire for career advancement and goal toward future firm ownership

Responsibilities

• Handle full tax compliance for federal, multi-state, California, and local returns
• Enforce adherence to tax requirements and advise management on actions
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and professional publications
• Train and develop staff
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
