As a Stylist at Mejuri, you'll deliver personalized shopping experiences that redefine luxury. You'll guide customers to pieces that resonate, while achieving sales and satisfaction goals.

• Meet KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and uphold Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Support services like piercing and engraving
• Meet KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%)
• Participate in order fulfillment and maintain BOH organization
• Support merchandising standards and fixture maintenance
